Dr. Douglas Fenwick (EdD, Nova Southeastern University) is formerly Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Business, Science and Technology at the Community College of Philadelphia.  With more than thirty five years in various leadership positions, he has been a community college administrator and educator for thirty years and has served on numerous local, regional and national association boards and councils. He now serves as Director of Commonwealth Educational Programs at the Penn State Center for Nanotechnology Education and Utilization and he participates in the Center as a Senior Consultant to the Center Director.
