MISSION STATEMENT

FRAI will contribute to economic development by supporting small and medium sized firms and non-profit organizations in the effective and efficient accomplishment of their mission.

FRAI is committed to accomplishing this by:

• Working with both non-profit organizations and for-profit firms;
  
  
• Strengthening small and medium sized firms and nonprofit organizations through the development of customized business solutions;
  
  
• Transferring proven for-profit business practices to non-profit organizations;
  
  
• Sharing proven non-profit business practices with for-profit companies;
  
  
• Enhancing the existing knowledge base through our applied research efforts;
  
  
• Providing a working environment that promotes excellence and allows FRAI associates to appreciate their contributions to our work as a complement to the accomplishment of their personal goals; and
  
  
• Allocating 10% of our net profit to match our associates’ contribution to the social causes of their choice in the regions we serve.
