Business Planning:
Whether it is a new non-profit initiative, or a new business idea that needs to be assessed, the development of a thorough business plan allows testing of the feasibility of a new concept. A detailed definition of the services to be implemented, the markets to be served, the resources necessary for implementation, the organization and leadership, the funding requirements and the financial projections are some of the elements that need to be articulated, all of them under the umbrella of clearly defined mission and values. These elements not only need to be clearly described but also projected on a time frame of at least three years for a business plan to be considered complete.
